2022 Lodi Viognier Rosé
 
Introducing the 2022 Lodi Viognier Rosé, a vibrant blend from the sun-kissed vineyards of Lodi, California. This unique rosé combines 79% Viognier and 21% Malbec, showcasing a balance between the aromatic richness of Viognier and the bold fruitiness of Malbec. The Viognier component was aged in stainless steel to preserve its floral and fruity essence.  The Malbec was aged in Hungarian Oak -- adding a touch of complexity and structure to the wine. With an ABV of 15.1%, this rosé is robust and refreshing. Crafted by Vino Bambino in Broomall, Pennsylvania, our Viognier Rosé is a testament to the harmony of these two varietals.
 
Tasting Notes:
Color: A stunning salmon pink with a hint of copper.
Nose: Offers a delightful blend of fragrant peach and apricot from the Viognier, complemented by subtle hints of raspberry and cherry from the Malbec.
Palate:  This wine delivers a lively citrus zest intertwined with floral undertones and a crisp, minerally edge. The aging in Hungarian Oak provides a slight spiciness and structure, leading to a refined, dry finish with enduring red fruit notes.
