We here at Vino Bambino Winery would like to say a few things about the recent tragic loss of Michelle Alyssa Go that occurred on January 15th 2022.
Michelle Alyssa Go was killed on January 15th when she was shoved into the path of an oncoming subway train at the Times Square station. The suspect is a 61-year-old man who was experiencing homelessness and had a documented history of mental health incidents. He surrendered to police shortly after the killing and has been charged with second-degree murder.
The senseless attack has placed renewed attention on violence affecting Asian Americans across the US. Michelle worked as a senior manager at the financial company Deloitte Consulting. She was also a volunteer advocate for at-risk families and people experiencing homelessness. Michelle should be remembered for how she lived. She was a volunteer advocate for at-risk families and those experiencing homelessness. She was someone who gave back to her community and really cared.
