Valentine's Wine Blending Date Night

Let us take care of your Valentine’s Day plans this year! Enjoy an all-inclusive, elegant, and truly unique Wine Blending experience + dinner for two afterwards in our intimate Barrel Room at Vino Bambino Winery. 1 bottle of wine per couple included with dinner.🍷 ❤️ 

This isn't your average wine tasting. This is a one-of-a-kind interactive Wine Blending experience where you and your date will create your very own wine blend complete with a custom label and a take-home bottle of your blend!

Become a winemaker for an evening. You'll be guided through a step-by-step process to taste through varietals of our handcrafted red wines our winemakers have chosen for you. You'll rank them, then, blend them into 3 separate red blends and taste again! Identify your favorite blend, which will be bottled, corked, and custom labeled for you to take home* after allowing it to bottle-age in our facility for 9 months.

$275 per couple includes:

• One-of-a-kind Wine Blending experience with 7 tastings 
• FREE bottle of your personally created wine blend for you to take home. (after bottle aging)
• Charcuterie trays with selected meats, cheeses, crackers & fine chocolates!
• An elegant Valentine's Day themed setting
• (1) 375 ml bottle of 2017 Que Sera Syrah blend per couple included with Braised Short Rib or Seared Salmon dinner after Wine Blending

EVENT ITINERARY

Wine Blending Experience with Chocolates  6:30 - 7:45 pm

• 2 placemats per person
• Includes 7 glasses of wine per person
• Each glass of wine will have a different blend
• Each glass will have 1.25 fluid oz. of wine
• At the end of the event, the group will have crafted their very own blend.
• Included in this price: Each person will get a FREE bottle of their crafted blend. (9 months later)
• Your group will create the name of the blend for the wine label on your free bottle.
• Charcuterie Board included to enhance the experience. (cheeses/crackers/meats/fine chocolates)

Dinner/Catering Services  7:45 - 9:30 pm

Valentine's day dinner served "family style". Dinner includes (1) 375 ml bottle per couple of our 2017 Que Sera Syrah blend.
